We liked it so much, we are doing again.
Not everybody who was interested could make the first class; so I have put together 10 more kits; and have lowered the cost to $20 (includes the ESP8266 wifi module, USB FTDI adapter and my custom board, assembled and tested. When you sign up, indicate if you want to purchase that kit or just use your own hardware. We will go over how to use the Arduino IDE to upload new firmware to demonstrate several types of servers and clients, to scan wifi signals and to control an LED from any browser. My blog on the subject is: http://jmd.dev4.webenabled.net/node/120 It would also be cool to have people from the first class show what they have done with it and help others get started.
After the class please give us your feedback.
